Exchange Policy
At MakeNdecor, we understand that sometimes you may want to exchange a product. Please review our exchange policy below.
📦 Exchange Eligibility
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Exchange request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
🔄 Exchange for Preference (Size/Design Change)
- Exchanges for size, color, or design preference are allowed only for standard products
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Approval is subject to product availability
Note: Price differences will be adjusted:
- If the new product costs more → customer pays the difference
- If it costs less → balance may be issued as store credit (or refund at our discretion)
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Used, damaged (after delivery), or altered products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased under clearance or special sale (unless defective)
📸 How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
- Share order ID and product details
- Provide photos/videos (if damaged or incorrect item)
Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.
🚚 Pickup & Delivery
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup of the original product
- After quality check, the replacement product will be shipped
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location
💰 Exchange Charges
- Free exchange for damaged or incorrect items
- For preference-based exchanges:
- Pickup and re-delivery charges may apply
- Additional charges depend on location and product size
⚠️ Important Notes
- Product must be packed securely for pickup
- Exchange will be processed only after successful inspection
- Make sure the product is not used or installed before requesting exchange
