4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can use it to track your shipment in real-time.


5. Do you provide installation services?

Yes, for selected products like beds, wardrobes, and large furniture:

  • Installation will be arranged after delivery
  • It may be free or chargeable depending on your location

6. What if my product is delayed?

We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Our team will keep you updated and ensure quick resolution.


7. What should I check at the time of delivery?

Please ensure:

  • Packaging is intact
  • Product matches your order
  • No visible damage

If any issue is found, report it immediately with photos/videos.


8. Do you offer express delivery?

Express delivery may be available for select products and locations. Please contact our support team before placing your order.


9. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, address changes are allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.


10. What happens if I miss the delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery. If unsuccessful, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

12. Do you deliver to remote areas?

We try to cover maximum locations. However, delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer or require additional charges.


13. What if I receive a damaged product?

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours
  • Share images/videos as proof
  • We will arrange replacement or support as per policy
