🛒 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

🪑 Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• Orders for customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• These products are specially made and cannot be resold.

💰 Refund on Cancellation

• If the order is cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

⚠️ Cancellation After Dispatch

• Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch.
• In such cases, you may refer to our Return or Exchange Policy (if applicable).

🚫 Cancellation by MakeNdecor

MakeNdecor reserves the right to cancel orders under certain conditions:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

📦 Bulk Orders

• Bulk or large quantity orders may have separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
