🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to lighting or natural materials like wood)

📸 Reporting a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
2. Share clear photos/videos showing the issue
3. Provide your order ID and details

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

🔁 Replacement Policy

• If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
• Replacement timelines depend on product availability and location

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

• Replacement is not possible
• Order is cancelled before dispatch

Refund Process:
