📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in original condition with packaging intact
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to lighting or natural materials like wood)
📸 Reporting a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos showing the issue
- Provide your order ID and details
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
🔁 Replacement Policy
- If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
- Replacement timelines depend on product availability and location
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- Replacement is not possible
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
Refund Process:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
